• Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce or supply chain management.
• Experience in return management or reverse logistics processes.
• Excellent data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify problems from data and provide solutions.
• Familiarity with using Amazon's backend platform is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent command of English, both written and oral.
• Understanding of online marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Target, and Walmart, including tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to navigate and thrive in a dynamic eCommerce landscape.
• Ability to start work immediately is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales target
• Expand customer base and sales channels
• Update marketing team on customer feedback onlatest trend for social media platforms
• Ensure that customers are aware and updated on the full range of products available
• Work with suppliers for procurement
• Build rapport/relationship with suppliers
• Handle customer feedback and requests
• To handle sales order processing, monitoring of inventory, liaising with suppliers and customers, arrange of deliveries, assist with deliveries when needed
• Work on marketing materials
