The Role

You will be part of the APAC commercial legal team operating out of Singapore. We are currently looking for a full time Legal Secretary to join our practice. Prior experience is not a pre-requisite. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing full secretarial and administrative support to our lawyers
• Handling and screening of telephone calls and visitors
• Calendar management – recording and monitoring deadlines, court hearings, meetings etc.
• Liaising with clients as may be instructed
• Preparation of correspondence
• Assisting in the filing of court documents
• Preparation of invoices and issuing the same

Requirements:

• Minimum “O” levels
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Competent in MS Office and Outlook
• Familiarity with the court filing systems is preferred but not a pre-requisite

JOB PURPOSE:
