Corporate Tax

Responsibilities:

• Extract and analyse financial/tax data and understand the business operation to identify potential tax risks of a target.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, target’s representatives and inter-office advisors.
• Assist in preparing reports, in particular for tax due diligence or reviewing sales and purchase agreements to meet the tight turnaround time.
• Assist in tax research/preparatory work and prepare the advisory work within the tight turnaround time.
• Collate and gather information from inter-office people for fee proposals, deliverables, etc.
• Prepare marketing collaterals or presentations.

Requirements:

POSITION SUMMARY

• Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests
• Communicate to appropriate staff when guests are waiting for an available room
• File guest paperwork or documentation. Operate telephone switchboard station
• Run and check daily reports, contingency lists, and credit card authorization reports
• Responsible for managing group arrivals and departures
• Act as the main point of control for saleable rooms in conjunction with Revenue, Sales and Front Desk teams
• To be familiar with all room types, availability, rates, group movements and billing, daily events, promotions, VIP’s and Guest History guests
• To ensure that the Duty Manager is informed immediately of any emergency, security or health and safety matter
• To be able to manage back office (Front Office) administrative tasks such as inventory control to ensure inventory are managed and ordered when required

SALES

• Develop business by sourcing for new customers.
• Attend to emails and phone calls regarding sales.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with all prospective sales.
• Manage project from start to handover.
• Coordinates between clients and operations to carry out the necessary work schedule.

REQUIREMENTS

Job Scope:

1. Maintain AR/AP of accounts for the company.

2. Maintain inventory records for company.

3. Assist to prepare the management report, GST report, analysis and reconciliation, forecasts for companies assigned in according with management and the group requirement.

4. Preparing Invoices, Credit notes and Debit Notes.

5. Other administrative duties ad hoc.

Job Requirements:

1. At least a Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent

2. Preferably with a2 years of relevant experience

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ABSS/MYOB.

4. Fluent in Mandarin and English

5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

6. Singaporean or SPR ONLY.
