You will report to the Business Development Manager and will assist to answer questions from customer about our company’s products and/or services.

Delivering information about our company’s offering, understanding potential customer’s needs to pitch for new sales. Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate / O’ Level / NITEC or recognised diploma in a related field;

What You Will Do

As we grow our team of highly skilled professionals and institutionalize our operations, we are looking for a Corporate Services Manager to join our offices in Singapore. This role is a full-time position based in Singapore, with a target start date of January 2025.

You will work closely with the Executive Team of the organization reporting to the Deputy CEO and will manage operational and administrative matters. Amongst your core responsibilities will be:

Finance and Metrics Administration

• Generate monthly utilisation, project financials, and firm financial report for management review, liasing with external accountant
• Generate quarterly firm performance and impact metrics for management and board review, liasing with external accountant
• Support management in the development or updating of financial and administrative management tools and policies
• Liaise with external accountant and auditor as part of annual audit

HR Operations Support

• Compile and update monthly staffing tracker
• Support recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance review processes
• Serve as liaison for administration of the MOM portal and work pass applications
• Support updating of HR policies from time to time and compliance to such policies (e.g. expenses)

Firm Administration and Board Support

• Support the Executive Team as required, including expense submission, scheduling, and time-tracking
• Provide secretariat support for board meetings, AGM, and other key meetings
• Maintain Tri-Sector’s active memberships in relevant partner ecosystems (e.g. raiSE, NCSS, AVPN, Commissioner of Charities)
• Manage compliance requirements with various Commissioner of Charities and ACRA regulations and support updating of firm policies from time to time, working with the external corporate secretariat

Office Coordination

• Manage the lease, including reviewing the office lease from time to time (we currently use a co-working space)
• Act as point of contact for visitors to the Singapore office

Responsible for managing and providing the full spectrum of Office Management services with emphasis on Head Office (HO) correspondence and collaboration. Main duties include:

Office Management:

• Manage and maintain branch’s correspondence system with HO such as HO OA system and branch official emails.
• Assist with the coordination and reporting of significant bank events and emergencies, ensuring compliance with HO protocols and effective documentation.

Liaison with Head Office:

Role Responsibilities

• Work on sell-side, buy-side and capital raising deals in all stages of execution and with a regional focus on Southeast Asia and Greater China
• Produce and analyse financial models, valuation assessments, financial due diligence reports and transaction documents such as information memoranda and board papers
• Support business development initiatives, including the preparation of proposals, market research, client workshops, industry & company profiles
• Effectively project manage the entire transaction cycle covering data and client preparation, due diligence, transaction support and to facilitate any tasks as necessary to progress the transaction
• Work closely with our clients to support them in their negotiations throughout the transaction cycle, maintaining strong client relationships before, during and after engagements

Requirements

• Possess more than 3 years of relevant experience in M&A, capital raising, transaction services, valuation or other advisory services.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers
• Proven quantitative skills with the ability to analyze financial statements and build financial models in Excel
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Culturally adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
• Prior corporate advisory experience (M&A specifically) is a plus
