Responsibilities:

• Support the Credit control manager to conduct activities in relations to Credit control
• Send chasers to clients for overdue payment
• Accountable for AR reports
• Liaise with the accountable parties for the appropriate approval for reduced fees or write off arrangements
• Work closely with all fee earners/partners and Credit Controller and other team members so that outstanding invoices can be settled smoothly and promptly
• Work with billing team for bill re-generation in relation to any newly agreed fees, if applicable
• Other duties relevant to the role

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounts or Business studies with an established institute
• Possess at least 3 to 5 year of experiences in credit control functions
• Excellent communication skills and must also be able to work accurately with an attention to detail attribute
• Methodical, very well organised with strong computer skills, including an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Job Description

• Sales & Leasing of Material Handling Equipment e.g. forklift
• Handling & taking care of Company Accounts/Customers under his Responsibility.
• Canvass for New Accounts/Customers locally.
• Sell/Market to Oversea Customers.
• Preparation & Follow-Up of Quotes made to local customers and overseas customers.
• Oversee and execute sales administrative support (Important: provide backorders update to local customers and overseas customer).
• Monitor order status and provide updates to all the customers.
