The Offensive Engineering Analyst will be responsible to conduct vulnerability assessment/penetration tests of Income internal/external web, mobile and web service applications and execute simulated security testing against corporate web applications, networks, and infrastructure. This role will come under the IT Risk and Security department, reporting to the Senior Manager of Cyber Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external vendors to conduct application security/penetration tests of Income internal/external web, mobile and web service applications, leveraging both manual techniques as well as automated tools in order to uncover and report security vulnerabilities that exist and liaising with systems & applications owners on follow up actions.
• Perform vulnerability scanning/discovery, tracking of remediation SLA and vulnerability fix verification in support of the remediation
• Plan and scope the internal Red Teaming program to conduct red teaming exercises and execute adversarial simulations mimicking real-world threat actors (APTs, insider threats, etc.) against Income environment using tools and manual techniques.
• Conduct compliance audit on Income Systems and Devices hardening standards.
• Perform risk assessment and recommend mitigations on vulnerability findings when remediation is not possible.
• Administer security tools and service providers.
• Support the running of bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure programs.
• Conduct meetings to communicate the findings and implications to stakeholders and track remediation status and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with more than 5 years of experience in technology, information or cyber risk management, information security or enterprise architecture.

Our Client:

Our client is one of the top Japanese Engineering companies, specialising in refrigeration, water treatment equipment and machinery/ construction. They are currently looking for a Sales Executive (Engineering/ Construction) to join their Singapore Office.

The Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and organize customer visit/meeting to close new sales to achieve sales target
• Develop and maintain strong business relationship with existing/new customers
• Develop sales and marketing strategies with action plan to penetrate new markets
• Source and develop new customer accounts and expand business opportunities
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings and keep abreast of latest market development
• Preparation of proposals, tenders and quotations based on project requirements and close monitoring of project execution to optimize profitability and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Able to market company portfolio to potential customers
• Able to identify, plan and execute new projects
• Able to interact well with all levels of our customer’s organization structure to ensure projects are being carried out on schedule
• Achieve sales revenue, profitability and sales growth targets set by the Management
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

The Requirements:

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of Sales experience in building/construction industry, inclusive of Project Tendering, preferably with M&E experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
• Good in documentation, presentation, coordination, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Possess own vehicle would be an added advantage
• Willing to travel to various job sites

Job Descriptions

• Oversee and ensure timely application and renewal of work passes
• Managing the application and renewal of airport passes and trainings for employees or contractors as and when required
• Updating of work pass holder personal details to MOM eg. address, passport details etc
• Collaborate with the L&D team and being the point of contact for administering of trainings for employees, including our subsidiaries in various regions
• Assist in handling employee related matters such as employee welfare, feedback/grievances
• Participate in recruitment activities as required, including involvement in relevant job fairs
• Assist with employee business travel and visa arrangement including reservation of flight and hotels
• Assist with organization of company-wide events, such as annual dinner
• Handle matters relating to corporate apartments eg. on-boarding/off-boarding, coordination of service and maintenance
• Provide other ad-hoc administrative support to the HR Team as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant working experiences
• Experienced working in a luxury retail and/or F&B sector would be an added advantage
• Strong communication skills with good command of written and spoken English
• Candidates with good command of spoken Chinese is a plus (To liaise with our Subsidiaries team in China/HK/Taiwan)
• Willingness, reliable, flexible and adaptable individual who is able to work independently
• Meticulous and task-oriented
