Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities revolve around the generalist scope ranging from HR Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll Processing, Employee Engagement, Onboarding and Employee Exits. The incumbent will also support functions in the area of Recruitment & Learning & Development.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations

• Be the point of contact for employees with matters pertaining to HR matters
• HR Administration such as documentation pertaining to Employee Records in HR System and maintenance of P-Files and Contracts
• Leave management
• Support in monthly payroll processing and CPF submissions
• Lead employee engagement initiatives such as activities, events, and birthday celebrations
• Offboard and conduct the exit interview

Recruitment

• Execution of talent acquisition (TA) and sourcing strategies that identify and secure a highly talented workforce and scale to support the company’s continued growth
