As the VP, Sales & Client Growth your key accountabilities will include:

1. Driving growth in the region and implementing a sales strategy for acquiring new logos for Epsilon’s MarTech & AdTech business
2. Leading strategic sales planning and account management process; establish and drive sales quota for sales associates
3. Acting as the local leader for SG commercial employees, embedding the Epsilon culture and driving morale and camaraderie across teams
4. Building trusted relationships with CEOs of our sister agencies and collaborating with them to generate Epsilon revenue within Groupe clients
5. Leading conversations with CMOs/Marketing Directors of prospective clients in the pre-sales and solutioning process to bring a consultative approach to their marketing and sales challenges. Strong understanding of Epsilon’s MarTech/AdTech offering
6. Being the Epsilon brand ambassador in the local market for all events and PR related activities

Success Criteria

As the VP, Sales & Client Growth some of the key performance criteria are:

• Building a high performing sales organization for Epsilon in the SEA region
• Building strong relationships with CMOs across global and regional brands
• Achieving/exceeding sales quotas across Epsilon’s platforms
• Developing trusted relationships with Groupe CEOs
• Applying deep domain knowledge and understanding of the marketing space in Asia across Digital Media, CRM, loyalty and digital experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full sets of accounts includes performing daily accounting & finance duties such as receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, etc.
• A/R functions – Able to reconcile the sales with credit cards, delivery platforms, etc commission to ensure revenue settlement are in balance
• A/P functions – Liaise with suppliers on discrepancies in invoices, and process payment via online banking transfer or TT
• Prepare monthly audit schedules (fixed assets register, prepayment and accrual etc) and bank reconciliations etc
• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations, including intercompany transactions;
• Handle quarterly GST preparation and submission.
• Liaise with external auditors.
• Process petty cash float requests, staff expenses claims, and ensure all payments made are captured in the system.
• Assisting for financial report and management reporting
• Cash flow management
• Assist for budget and forecast
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
• At least 4 years of related working experience
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Dependable, responsible and possess positive working attitude
• Possess initiative and able to organize and prioritize work
• With experience of using accounting software, knowledge of Netsuite is a plus
• Able to work independently under tight schedules
• Advantage to have experience in F&B industry

• Handle monthly Vessel's Disbursement Account, GST submission etc
• Manage timely closing process and reconciliations.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain good documentation and filing system.
• Coordinate with auditors on audit matters for year-end audit and financial reports.
• Good communication skills for both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS-Office and ABSS Accounting Software.
• Positive attitude, reliable and hardworking.
