• Collaborating with the Warehouse and Logistics department to ensure timely and satisfactory order fulfilment
• Assist in resolving incoming customer queries relating to orders such as invoice discrepancies.
• Provide support in preparing monthly sales reports and reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation and submission of relevant documents for claims from manufacturers and retailer incentives
• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely payment to retailers
• Support event logistics by setting up equipment and proving on-site assistance during launch events/ roadshows
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in business administration, operations management or a related field from a reputed institution is preferred. Diploma holders possessing relevant work experience will be considered.
• Proven experience in operations support, invoice management, and project coordination within the telecommunications/ FMCG industry will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)

Your day to day duties:

• Respond to customers via writing, you must have good business writing skills.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the motor insurance field.
• To be successful in this role, you must be a great team player, good communicator and possess the ability to deal with difficult situations.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing Shipment Schedules
• Liaise with Factory and Logistic Companies for Inbound and Outbound Deliveries.
