This position will be assisting the VP, Leasing to maximise revenue and occupancy for the assigned industrial properties in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within Mapletree Industrial Trust portfolio in Singapore.
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Managing tenancy related issues and compiling leasing progress reports
• Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support.
• Support the Team Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing.
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing in the same industry.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage.

The Role

The Bruker Applied Mass Spectrometry (BAMS) Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for growing applied MS sales and support the sales and strategic objectives in the South APAC regions in conjunction with the Bruker’s sales channels and marketing teams. The objectives include the generation of better-than-market growth within the market segment, acceleration of sales and pipeline development, identification and access to new accounts, managing the business relationships with existing ones, positioning and promotion of the BAMS solutions, conglomeration of knowledge within the market area and feedback of information into the company to design novel market solutions. Position Overview

Grow Autodesk Design and Manufacturing (D&M) business by leveraging channel sales ecosystem and closing the deal with direct client engagement. The Ideal Candidate

JOB SCOPE

The Area Sales Manager - APAC is responsible for the sales of our core software solutions including Charts, Publications, Digital Products, Update Services and associated OneOcean Business services to customers within an allocated region.

Working with the APAC Sales Team to take ownership of the whole sales process from prospect identification, through qualification, presentation, proposals, negotiation and finally closing the sale. Post sales activities to ensure that levels of service are maintained and that opportunities for upselling are exploited.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct on-boarding processes for new customers from pre-onboarding to training and implementation while maintaining a constant feedback loop with them at each step of the way
