About the candidate
As Sales Manager, you shall be responsible for accelerating and growing sales by developing new business opportunities in Singapore, and enabling partners to deliver results. You would work in close collaboration with the senior management at Eureka Robotics and report directly to the CEO.
You would work closely with partners and customers to build and nurture relationships and drive business growth in Factory automation and precision manufacturing across industries such as Electronics, Optics, Automotive, Aerospace, etc. where high agility and precision are desired. You would also explore opportunities in new application and industry areas where our key technologies are a direct fit, such as Logistics.
The candidate is identified as an individual with a proven track record in sales and business development of high-tech B2B products, and comes with a strong domain understanding and a well-connected network. He/She would be highly motivated and a self-starter and able to deep-dive into technology and business aspects.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets quarterly
- Manage key accounts, including account planning, forecasting, sales, ensuring attainment of company sales goals and business objectives
- Own and drive business metrics for business expansion and customer satisfaction
- Leading pre-sales activities for enterprise accounts. Build sales pipeline and pitch proposals for technology integration solutions. Manage complex sales cycle selling to CXOs.
- Preparing techno-commercial proposals and leading negotiations with partners/customers. Liaison with clients for RFI, RFQs, requirement gathering, and solution delivery.
- Work closely with the Applications team to assess and build desired solutions to address customer needs and successful delivery of the solutions.
- Establish and execute partner and customer enablement programs to drive optimal usage and best practices for our products and solutions
- Work closely with Product team to build and lead the pitch for product’s value proposition to customers
Skills and Experience
- 5+ yrs of sales and business development experience in high-tech products
- Demonstrated ability to engage and nurture executive-level relationships
- Experience preparing and driving techno commercial proposals and account plans
- Strong Factory Automation / Precision Manufacturing / Automation domain knowledge, experience, and professional network
- The candidate’s profile should include more specifically “hunting” sales skills
- Excellent stakeholder manager with strong negotiation and people management skills
- Bachelor’s Degree from a top tier institute preferably in technology. Master's Degree / MBA is preferredBA is preferred
