About The Job

The Associates Management (AM) team manages the appointments and onboarding of SUSS associate faculty. We also handle associated operational matters as well as facilitate engagement events. We believe that a motivated and engaged pool of associate faculty is crucial to our success.

You will be part of a team dedicated to providing proficient and professional management of operational matters and with particular attention to the aspects of engagement, relations, and people strategy.

Reports to a Senior Manager of Associates Management. Works closely with the team so that selected team members could be released at certain periods to work on the design and development of a new and robust IT system for Associates Administration.

What You Will Be Doing

• Meticulous in following through the established process for issuance of contracts to associate faculty in a prompt and timely manner. Ensure that the contractual details correspond to the requirements of respective College, Schools, and Centers accurately.
• Highlight to and work closely with the team to respond to any changing contractual needs or anticipated circumstances that might arise.
• Ensure fees payment to associate faculty on completion of their services are processed professionally and promptly, and in accordance with the terms of their contracts.
• Maintain an up-to-date records of associate faculty's’ details in the system. Ensure accuracy of the records in the system and take initiative to identify and follow-up on any missing information.
• Respond to queries from AFs in a professional and prompt fashion. Ideate and innovate solutions for ad-hoc enquiries or issues faced in business-as-usual activities while contributing towards building an engaged pool of associate faculty.
• Provide support to perform any other duties as assigned by the management or the department.

Marketing Communications

• Contribute to development of the brand strategy and integrated brand and marketing approach.
• Responsible for the content framework, writing, editing and publishing of content for communications campaigns to support fundraising, volunteerism and awareness outcomes for print and working closely with the team on digital and online channels. This includes storyboarding for videography, photography and storytelling.
• Track content impact outcomes across the spectrum of communications on print and online channels, to optimise content for target audiences.
• Develop, support and execute internal communications efforts such as newsletters and events.
• Co-lead impact content and campaigns for internal and external communication channels (success stories profiling, speeches, press releases, presentation materials).
• Produce the annual report, off and online news by coordinating internal stakeholders, writing content, managing timelines, and liaising with vendors for production and delivery.
• Monitor corporate aspects of the website through ensuring that services and corporate information remain relevant and updated.
• Run editorial calendar of newsletters, contribute to content, sourcing for images and execution from production to delivery.
• Brand Management across corporate brand assets.
• Support online brand reputation management.
• Day to day administrative tasks across the department.

Media Relations

• Administrative support for media-related events (media interviews, media releases and publicity engagement materials).
• Support advisory to internal stakeholders on media outreach and management.

Skills & Attributes:

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communications or a similar discipline.
• Minimum 4 years working experience in similar capacity, with competency in digital marketing and working knowledge of social media applications.
• The ideal candidate would possess broad communication capabilities with an analytical approach to data insights.
• Clear, concise and compelling content skills are keys for success in this role.
• Display a track record of robust project management capabilities and be a strong team player.
• Creative thinking and a proactive approach to understanding the current healthcare landscape.
• Aptitude in digital and social media would be an advantage.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop sales channel and partners to expand products and solutions presence
• Designs, strategize and executes the sales plan to meet sales targets
• Prepares sales reports and pipelines on a weekly and monthly basis
• Responsible for project awarding, principal forecasting, order fulfilling and reporting
• Establish/Manage partnership in Southeast Asia and India.
• Achieve sales, profitability, and partner growth objectives
• Host and run quarterly business reviews with partners
• Manage multiple brands and channel routes to market team to help accelerate revenue growth

• Provide recommendations to improve partner’s sales strategies, coverages, and capabilities
• Conducts in-depth of market research, includes competitor and pricing analysis, country studies and market visits
• Expands client base and network and maintains strong and long-lasting client relationship
• Attends events and conducts business trips across the region to explore and establish new relationships and create new business opportunities
• Manage regional exhibition/road-show activities along with colleagues locally or regionally

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing or its equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in a Display technology company
• Strong business acumen in Pro AV industry is a must
• Design and develop strategic planning to achieve revenue targets
• Build effective working relationships with clients to develop revenue opportunities and deliver good quality of service
• Knowledge of selling in various vertical markets such as Enterprise, Education, Retail, Medical and etc.
• Results oriented and proven track record in sales achievements
• Resilient and agile to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details and highly organized
• 50% of travelling across South Asia and SEA countries on yearly basis
