Purpose: -

Provide administrative support to music professionals relating to Teachers' Management.

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Planning of teachers’ recruitment, orientation, deployment, and training.
2. Act as facilitator / communicator between teachers and schools &/or HQ on all teachers matters & protocols.
3. Monitor and manage teaching hours, work schedules and teachers’ feedback on admin / related office matters.
4. Liaison between YMS & PEI/MOE on registration of courses, teachers, and schools (where applicable).
5. Perform any ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements: -

1. Diploma and above, preferably related in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in administration roles, preferably in the relevant industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
5. Knowledge in Microsoft Windows.

The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing personalized secretarial support to the COO as well as administrative support in a professional and timely manner. The Administrative Executive works one-to-one with the COO on a wide variety of matters. The candidate must be flexible to meet the demands of our growing organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including invoicing, data entry, documents filling, taking meeting minutes, scheduling meetings etc.

• Efficient document management such as printing and filing of the documents

• Prepare sales quotations generate invoices, maintain a detailed sale, customers payment and delivery records

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the office

• Monitoring of office supplies

• Perform secretarial support to COO

• Ensure the cleanliness of the office

• Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview and etc.

• Help to organize new employee orientation, on-boarding and working schedules.

• Attend to employee enquiry on HR related policies and practices.

• Other administrative duties, tasks as assigned by COO

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Diploma or equivalent

• Proficient in MS Office and Excel Software

• Proficiency in English

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• Good verbal and written communications skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management skills.

LOCATION : BUKIT BATOK CRESCENT

WORK WEEK: 5 DAYS

• Maintain, grow existing accounts, develop new project, generate leads
• Negotiate commercial and contractural terms and condition, collaboration with the operations team, maintain customer relationship to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional opportunities within the account
• Cold calling and submitting weekly sales report
• Attend meetings and site survey
• Excellent phone presentation, written communicator and sales skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Preferable with own transport
