Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, direct and control operational activities related to e-commerce
• Identify opportunities to enhance the website & user experience and conversion funnel through
• A/B testing, site optimization, and user behavior analysis.
• Handle the uploading/updating of products on websites and edit photos and content to ensure
• information is shown correctly and complies with brand standards
• Source for 3rd parties vendors as and when needed to ensure we are price competitive
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business/ Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent
• 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related in fashion, beauty or FMCG industry
• Familiarity with Amazon/Lazada/Shopee seller center and Shopify content management
• Knowledge of e-commerce business models, web, mobile, social, search and channels, etc
• Knowledge in html, wordpress, web navigation and usability principles
• Familiar with SEO

Job Description
• Involved in accounts payable and accounts receivables functions, including, but not limit to, the following:
-Posting of supplier invoice and petty cash claim
-Prepare payment schedule and process payments using cheques, GIRO, bulk payments, telegraphy transfer
-Monthly statement of accounts circulation to all receivables
-Daily cash collection
• Responsible for timely and accurate invoicing for intercompany and monthly intercompany reconciliation
• Provide timely analysis on AR aging and perform reconciliation between operating and accounting system
• Work closely with other functions to proactively manage and resolve payment and receipt issues effectively and efficiently
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager

Requirement
• At least 2 year working experience in the accounting field
• O level/A level/Certificates/LCCI or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is preferred
• Willing to learn, positive attitude, meticulous and able to work independently on own initiative under tight timelines
• Able to work under fast pace environment and perform OT when required.
• Preferably to be able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
