The incumbent will act as the Programme Manager for the Master's programmes at the NUS Faculty of Science in response to the suite of Programmes' rapid expansion. The dedicated person will help to ensure the smooth delivery of the sought-after self-financing programmes and ensure their service standard. By working with the Programme Directors and Dean's Office at the Faculty of Science, he/she will manage the Programmes' end-to-end administration including admission, job placement, alumni relations, and other related portfolios. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following -

• Work closely with Programme Director(s) and Dean's Office, to take charge of the overall administration of the Master's programmes throughout the student lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the office team to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
• Assist customers with styling and recommend our latest jewellery collections.
• Manage inventory, restock items, and maintain store readiness.
• Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Process online order collections and provide after-sales services as needed.
• Lead, guide, and train team members for success.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
