Job Description:
You will play a key role in coordinating sales activities and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Manage inquiries, process orders, and prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate sales records and respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Recommend tailored solutions to meet catering needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to oversee event execution, logistics, delivery schedules, and special requirements.
• Monitor event timelines to ensure timely delivery and seamless service.
• Handle schedules and incoming calls for the sales team and prepare monthly sales reports for management.

Requirements:
• Singaporean or PR only.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
• Bilingual in both Mandarin and English to manage Mandarin Speaking clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support or customer service (catering/F&B experience is a plus).

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team in our Singapore office.

Job Description:

1.⁠ ⁠Accounts Receivables

• Oversee and manage the accounts receivables process to ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding invoice
• Downloading of sales transactions from various online sales platforms and allocating revenue based on product.
• Maintain thorough records of transactions to support accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

2. Accounts Payables

• Perform invoice verification with internal stakeholders to verify accuracy of invoice
• Processing the AP invoice in accounting software
• Generate weekly payment list for payment processing

3.⁠ ⁠⁠Weekly Sales Report / Monthly Sales Report

• Compile and analyze sales data on a weekly and monthly basis to generate detailed sales reports.
• Updating of sales figures in accordance to sale channels and products
• Ensure timely distribution of reports to relevant stakeholders.

4.⁠ Inventory Management Support:

• Assist in conducting comprehensive stock takes at various retail locations and warehouses
• Ensure accurate inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and provide detailed reports on stock levels.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Job Summary: The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services to meet the organization’s needs. You will be handling procurement for both Singapore and Germany entity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Sourcing & Management:

• Identify and select suppliers/vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, including prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

2. Procurement Planning & Strategy:

• Collaborate with departments to determine procurement needs and develop a strategic plan.
• Forecast demand and ensure stock levels meet organizational requirements.
• Prepare and monitor procurement budgets to ensure cost efficiency.

3. Purchase Order Management:

• Prepare and process purchase orders for goods and services.
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
• Manage vendor invoices and ensure accurate processing and payment.

4. Market Research & Cost Control:

• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and market trends.
• Monitor and analyze market conditions to ensure competitive pricing and cost savings.

5. Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to procurement activities, including supplier performance.

6. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments (e.g., Finance, Logistics, and Operations) to align procurement with company needs.
• Train and supervise procurement assistants and junior team members.

Qualification & Experience:

Degree, Diploma or equivalent Min 2 years’ experience. Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with peers. Detail-oriented, adept at multitasking and managing priorities to meet tight deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Working experience in FMCG sales or marketing preferred

• Knowledge of alcoholic beverage will be an advantage

• Territory management

• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment

• Competency in computers, microsoft office, BRM and CRM systems

• Possess class 3 driving licence
