Due to the recent expansion of our operations, we are seeking an Administrative Executive / Assistant to support the Company’s operations.
Responsibilities
To primarily assist on administrative functions, which would include:
a) preparing insurance forms and agreements accurately
b) scanning, filing and printing of documents
c) maintain customer database
d) assist in preparation of payments to insurers and clients
e) liaising with insurance companies and clients on documentation matters
f) Assist with other administrative or ad-hoc matters when requested
The selected candidate is expected to be flexible on working locations, which could be in our office at West Coast, insurer’s office in the CBD area or “work from home”.
Requirements
o Minimum ‘O’ Level
o Preferably with at least 1 years working experience in administrative role
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office
o Ability to commence work immediately will be an added advantage
