• Building defects and M&E management
• Assist the Property Maintenance Team in the efficient operation and management of properties.
• Work together with team members to tackle maintenance issues and streamline workflows.
• Ensure compliance with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA), applicable laws, government regulations, and company policies.
