Key Responsibilities

• To manage, develop and expand existing and potential customers’ portfolio.
• Monitoring competitive and business activities to identify and realize new market opportunities.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets by mapping different sales strategies to develop market plans, costing & support activities to maximize the market share.
• Identify, understand, and propose solutions in relation to customers’ needs and requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service & maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Coordinating with various departments or vendors to realize Sales targets and customer’s needs.
