• Handle payroll and claims with administrative support and maintain employee records and databases.
• Evaluate the Company's procedures and associate with related industries and suggest changes to procedures and policies.
• Engage in HR projects and initiatives to enhance HR processes and practices.
• Provide HR administration tasks such as work permit application, renewal, and cancellation, orientation for new recruits and leave and tax clearance and insurance management

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of HR Functions experience.
• Knowledge in HR policies and insurance management for WMC/H&S.
