Responsibilities

• Work with the hiring manager to gain insight into their staffing requirements and develop a targeted recruitment plan to address manpower needs
• Utilize a variety of approaches to acquire and entice prospective talent, including reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary phone screenings, and evaluating candidates' skills, knowledge, abilities, and compatibility with the organization's culture.
• Collaborate with the HR administrator to facilitate the onboarding process for new candidates and ensure the smooth execution of contract signing procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities from conception to completion
• Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas based on organizational objectives, target audience, and budget considerations
• Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, accommodations, and on-site staffing
