Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the full set of accounting functions and activities for several companies of the Group, including performing monthly closing reports, bank reconciliations, and schedules.

· Perform AP functions such as ensuring all invoices/staff claims were duly approved by respective department heads, supported with Purchase Orders/Delivery Orders/Service Orders, and any other required documents.

· Responsible for processing payments, preparing payment vouchers and related supporting documents, GL coding, and posting all related payable entries, while also maintaining files for paid and unpaid invoices.

· Handle intercompany billings to ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoicing between subsidiaries.

· Maintain files for paid and unpaid suppliers’ invoices

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

● Draft, revise, and review various legal documents (including but not limited to: business contracts such as contracts, agreements, letters of intent to be signed by the company externally, investment project contracts, daily operational procurement contracts), as well as legal consultation on the aforementioned contracts.

● Experience in international commodity trading, M&A, legal and compliance in the logistics industry, and negotiating joint ventures.

● Experience in law firm is preferred.
