• Liaise with local bank, and cooperate with local back account management
• Manage cash flow and maintain healthy liquidity position of subsidiaries
• Represent Operations in regulatory, compliance and risk forums that have material impact to fund administration
• Lead and support loan arrangements and FX transactions
• Review and report monthly cash positions
• Cooperate with FSSC for fund settlement
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in fund management, experienced in MNCs is preferred
• Familiar with bank settlement process and Financial regulations
• Self-initiative, mature, responsible, well organized, efficiency and detailed orientated
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, independently as well as an effective team player
• Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (To liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders).

You will performing the full set of accounts for a subsidy of BYD by 1826.

Accounts Receivable:

• Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or billing issues with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.

Accounts Payable:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely for payment approval.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices are accounted for.
• Review and approve employee expense reports for reimbursement.
• Coordinate with departments to obtain necessary approvals for payment processing.
• Prepare and process electronic payments, checks, and wire transfers.
• Maintain vendor files and update records with new information as needed.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies or issues.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

General Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, procurement, and operations teams, to streamline processes and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide support during audits and financial reviews as necessary.
• Utilize accounting software and tools to manage receivable and payable transactions efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in accounts receivable and accounts payable management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities:To assist the operation manager on daily sales and order processing as well as to work closely with the operation manager on all project and/or budgetary enquiries.
Ensures that all urgent correspondence and enquiries to be carried out efficiently and
