Administrative support to Vice Principal on Student’s Attendance and Teaching

Cover availability and record:

· Taking attendance and follow up on absentees.

· Working closely with the VP to monitor student’s attendance.

· Following up emails to Parents on attendance matters.

· Following up emails to Parents on leave of absence applications.

· Documenting, especially confidential Safeguarding and Child Protection.

· Preparing Presentations, visual materials and information to be shared with the community.

· Compiling info booklet on students dietary, medical & contact details in soft and hard copy.

· Updating student details in a tracking list for various departments (Well-being profiles, Individual grade assessment file).

· Importing student details to different classes yearly.

· Consolidating individual timetables to produce a cover teacher timetable based on the availability of internal teaching staff.

Administrative support to ES Curriculum Manager:

· Maintaining updated Parent's contact details in student’s & SMS system.

· Assisting Curriculum Manager with class image taking on actual day.

· Preparing and printing Leavers and Grade 6 Graduation Certificates.

· Liaising with the vendor to purchase soccer balls and liaise with the Facilities Department to get the soccer balls ready for leavers.

Administrative support to Bilingual Programme:

· Providing administrative support to the Assistant Principal of Bilingual Programme.

· Handle enquiries from Parents.

· Any other administrative support required by the Bilingual Team.

Undertake any other general admin and ad hoc functions as assigned by the Principal, Senior Leadership Team and Curriculum Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Purpose

Prepare and submit daily television detailed schedules (Off Prime Time & Prime Time) and to ensure strategic placement of programme trailers/fillers in order to maximise promotional impact.

Responsibilities

• Use creative promotion spot placements to achieve maximum exposure of programmes to target audience.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures/Strategic Plans, and work closely with Playout, On-Air-Promotions, Marketing, Content Standards, Subtitling, Commercials, and Media Exchange Teams to ensure timelines are met.
• Work with Managers on the SOP and all requirements for Live Events and Standby for the Live Events.
• Plan daily Secondary Events (Banners & Channel Bugs), Monitor Sponsorship Loadings.
• Assist and trouble-shoot scheduling/operating issues, with consultation from Managers.
• Able to respond to last minutes changes to schedules and attentive to details.
• Complete full reconciliation of schedules to ensure no discrepancies of information and metadata.
• Run reports to monitor fulfillment of sponsorships.

What we need from you -

1. Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, prefebably in Airlines Corporate
3. Strong understanding of the Singapore market and corporate sector in Airlines/Travel business, including business culture, regulatory environment, and market trends.
4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Working Days: 4-5 days work week (working & off schedule are base on 3 week shift)

Working hours :
