• Ensure travel agency commissions, reservations sales conditions, profile tracking and guest recognition is checked, completed and updated accordingly
• Maintain accuracy of arrivals including billing, VIP status and other guest preferences
• Maintain high level of performance within the reservations guest experience, including the support for the reservations and operations team
• Ensure that a “RevPRO culture” is spread in the hotel, through regular liaison with operational and call centre teams
• Manage rooming lists, corporate bookings, and crew blocks as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the reservations sales
• Strong working knowledge of CRS, PMS, RESAWeb or distribution systems
• Detail-oriented
• External and internal environment understanding
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Great communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Customer/Commercial focus
• Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively

JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and assist in day to day general administration and operational matters.
• Ensure all documentation and filling done in a proper manner.
• Handling all administrative documents and correspondence.
• Attend to incoming calls and enquiries.
• Resolve administrative related issues.
• Receiving incoming faxes/mails and distributing to internal personnel.
• To assit in monitoring office equipment and systems and maintaining inventories of stationery
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

• Minimum Diploma in Business-related studies or equivalent Diploma holders.
• Have initiative and ability to work independently
• Excellent in communication and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Words, Excel and Power-point)

Job Description:

• Liaise and work with customers & fulfilment / operation on Service reports / PMS / supporting documents for invoicing and collection.
• Review and recommend process improvement initiatives.
• Match invoices with service report / PMS.
• Responsible to drive down bad debts provision.
• Manage billing disputes between customers and fulfilment.
• Responsible for clearing of unmatched cash; and resolve discrepancy.
• Ensure GST compliance for billing.
• Responsible for monthly & annual accounting reconciliation & schedules.
• Support month-end & year-end close process.
• Prepare monthly management meeting reports.
• Assist external & internal auditors to ensure compliance, including preparation of audit schedules.
• Assist in ad hoc projects or other accounting activities as assigned.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Accountancy / Business or similar w min 2 yrs of relevant experience
