We are currently seeking a Brand Ambassador for our counter in Changi airport. You will be trained to become Scent Designers and develop a deep knowledge in perfumery.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers. Identify their needs/ desires for scents
• Demonstrate your product knowledge and bring them the best guidance to create their own perfume with our unique methodology or to sell them our best scent creations
• Cross-sell products, upsell and achieve reachable sales targets
• Follow all stock management procedures and support your team to maintain highest standards of display within our counters.
• Make sure all merchandising and displays are up to Maison luxury standards.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in beauty retail, fashion, F&B or hospitality industry but fresh graduates in retail studies are also welcome!
• Strong sales skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic, positive, eager to learn and develop yourself with a strong team spirit mindset
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good rapport with customers through understanding their requirements and needs
• Answering the telephone/ emails to manage customer's inquiries and providing quotations
• Work with operations team to fulfill customer request, instructions and rectify issues
• Planning and Coordination with internal departments and customers
• Documentation and data entry
• Provide administration support to Warehouse Operations

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in any related field
• Two years of experience in customer service. Applicants with shipping sales experience will be advantageous.

Your role

Your team

You will work in Corporate Actions Team in Singapore. Team is responsible for research and maintenance of Corporate Actions in the APAC region, with a view to collecting Portfolio Managers’ responses, reflecting them in systems, instructing the custodians, posting cash and stock transactions in our accounting system and reconciling positions.

Working hours fall between 9:00 and 18:00.

• Gather and analyse information on market conditions, competitors, customer needs, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
