Job description:

• Sampling & event management - Liaise with clients and organise sampling sessions in supermarkets, (supported by sampling supervisor) as well as events, eg, roadshows, Food&Hotel Asia, Baby Fair, Farmer’s Markets.
• Key account management (modern trade retailers) – managing account plans, eg, liaising with buyers on new products, planning and submitting promotions, reviewing sales and ROI.
• Sales development – identifying sales and marketing opportunities and opening new accounts, including online channels.
• Forecasting – maintaining a forecast for key customers on a monthly basis.
• Quoting and invoicing - creating quotes and invoices for sampling jobs.
• Reporting – monthly reports to suppliers, as well as internal reporting.
• Assist with inventory management, small amount of lifting required.
• Support Managing Director and other business functions.

Expected Areas of Competence

• Sales and/ or customer service experience in FMCG, hospitality or event management preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and Google Suite
• Needs to be self-motivated, independent, interested to learn
• Must be a strong team player and communicator
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Ability to converse and communicate in Mandarin would be bonus
• Ability to work some weekends, ie, be on standby for mobile communication every Saturday, occasional attendance required onsite.

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.

Your Role

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle partial set of accounts and prepare month end reconciliation.

What Will You Do

• To handle partial set of accounts.
• Ensure all suppliers’ invoices are properly captured and all payments are properly supported and approved according to corporate policy.
• To perform cost analysis preparation of month end schedules, and bank reconciliation.
• To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

What Do We Want

• At least a LCCI Accounting in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
