• Perform full spectrum of duties to plan, conceptualise, design, develop and deliver the marketing and communications materials to raise awareness and engage stakeholders actively to drive sales
• Structure and build online learning platform with interactive and “edutaining” content to make learning accessible
• Plan and produce video series that connect new and existing learners to the real-life case studies and learn from others’ perspectives
• Support and maintain the learning platform
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks(s) assigned

Job Requirements

• Educated to diploma or higher level
• A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Proficient in using designing and video editing applications/software
• Proficient in using Office 365 applications including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Comfortable with taking photos and videos with mobile device and able to do basic editing with preferred applications/software
• Strong coordination and communication ability to achieve the intended outcome

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the company, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents
• Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and preparing reports
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences
• Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Support the finance team in managing accounts payable and receivable
• Handle confidential information and ensure the security of company records
• Perform other administrative duties as needed
