Job Description

We are on the hunt for a Retail Marketing Executive who can be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for our company. Someone who is driven, strives to perform and most importantly value-add to the company.

Education & Requirements

• Come from a variety of academic backgrounds, including marketing, communication, business and other fields
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4 years of experience in the marketing field

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company or department
• Implement and ideate marketing strategies
• Promote retail business, product, or service
• Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
• Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
• Coordinate and manage photoshoots and video shoots for marketing content
• Updating management on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns

Day-to-Day Duties

• Manage and coordinate marketing and creative
• Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
• Collaborate with media organisations and advertising agencies
• Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
• Monitor current campaigns, meet deadlines and complete necessary tasks
• Analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers and prospects.
• To provide technical/project consultancy in support of sales at client meetings and on conference calls.
• To discuss, capture and define customer requirements.
• To work with the Sales teams to exploit the commercial opportunities for the IT Networking, Security, Servers & Storage range of products.
• Responsible for Pre-sales project management from requirement capturing, design to implementation.
• Working closely with members of the Delivery management team to ensure Infrastructure being delivered on time, to specification and within budget.
• To write technical Requirement Specifications which meet customer requirements and translate these accurately to the Delivery and Deployment team
• Where required – to review technology/service offerings/products with internal and external parties as part of any evaluation or development process.
• Develop and maintain a product proficiency and competency level by attending mandatory training classes and successfully completing required levels of competency.
• When required to construct and deliver training that ensures that the Sales teams understand and use technologies to the required level necessary.
• Report monthly to the Pre-Sales Manager on Pre-sales progress and development including progress and management against targets.

Requirements:

• At least Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or similar discipline with minimum 3-4 years in system integration work or relevant pre-sales role.
• Certifications in various areas such as MCSE, CCNA, CCDPetc will be an advantage.
• Experience in multi operating system platform will also be an advantage.
• Should be able to present solutions at senior management level on the value proposition.

Duties

• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set of accounts
• Prepare financial data for entry into the financial system
• Keep accounting records and bank statements
• Prepare monthly audit schedules, maintain loan schedules
• Prepare and file GST returns
• Preparation of tax computation and tax planning
• Provide other supporting functions to the Division
• Other ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting with at least 2 years of experience in (Accounting Firm preferable), including keeping full sets of accounts and tax.
• Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• An independent team worker
• Able to work under stress to meet tight reporting deadlines
