Vendor Management:

• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor and report on infrastructure performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and issues

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure infrastructure operations comply with relevant regulations and security standards
• Implement security measures and protocols to protect infrastructure assets.

Team Leadership:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in IT infrastructure management and project leadership
• Proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure teams and projects in the APAC region
• Experience in AWS Cloud management for at least 3 years
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, and knowledge of local languages within the APAC region is advantageous
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Expertise in IT infrastructure technologies, including networks, servers and storage
• Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Business Development Consultant, your primary focus is to generate demand for Oracle Cloud solutions and services within an assigned territory or vertical. You will also play a crucial role in closing deals below a specified value, including volume selling (top-ups) and acquiring new customers. You will:

• Act as the first point of contact for prospects, qualifying them and generating strong customer demand for Cloud solutions
• Hunt for new business through various channels, leveraging your knowledge of Oracle products and services (training provided) and customer business priorities
• Utilize superior communication skills, both individually and in a team environment
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate using technical concepts
• Work towards achieving individual goals while contributing to the team's success
• Possess a working knowledge of Cloud technology and database solutions (an advantage)
• Display a strong desire for a long-term career in sales
• Sell Oracle solutions via phone and digital means, leveraging social media platforms

· Handle full set of Accounts for group of companies

· Manage day to day accounts, update daily bank transaction in accounting system

· Prepare monthly inter-company settlement/reconciliation

· Handle petty cash and update daily transactions in cashbook

· Bank Reconciliation, collection and credit control

· Prepare GL transaction & journal entries

· Monthend closing activities

· Maintain fixed asset register

· Upload payments in the banking portal

· Other accounts ad-hoc related duties

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, or related field of studies

· Proficiency in MS Applications, particularly in Excel

· Working knowledge in ERP Software

· Preferably with 3 years of relevant working experience

· Self-motivated, able to multi-task and meticulous with an eye for detail

· Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

· Team player with good communication, strong initiative and good interpersonal skills

· Priority will be given to those who can start immediately
