Requirements

• Min Diploma in Business or a relevant field. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or account management.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with experience in the home & living industry.
• Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation with the ability to cold call/email.
• Self-driven and able to operate independently with initiative to achieve business goals and targets.
• Well organized, and able to manage tasks with a problem-solving mindset
• Proven ability in building rapport and establish robust relationships with corporate customers and internal stakeholders

Job Descriptions

• Responsible and managed assigned customer accounts.
• Provide product knowledge to customers and handle all customers' inquiries.
• Consolidate customers' requirement and report to Sales Manager.
• Assist for pre- and post-sales activities to ensure customers' satisfaction.
• Ability to use basic technical knowledge to communicate with customers, distributors and internal departments.
• Provide accurate sales quote to customers.

Job Requirements

• NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Marketing, Business Administration and Sales related field.
• Minimum 2 year of working experience in related field.
• Fresh Graduate are also welcome.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel / Words / Power point).
• Good interpersonal communication skills with a focus on sales and negotiation
• Professional in written and spoken English.
• Able to speak Chinese and/or Malay would be an advantage to communicate with Chinese/Malay speaking counterparts.
• Able to multi-tasks and have the initiative to get jobs done.
• Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic individual.

Responsibilities:

• Offer technical and sales assistance to support the Sales teams.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, generating weekly sales reports and other requested documents.
• Analyze customer needs, applications, and requirements to recommend suitable products and services.
• Conduct technical calculations and sizing for high-pressure pumps, valves, and similar equipment.
• Provide prompt responses to customer queries regarding quotations, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain up-to-date customer databases and quotation statuses in the SAP system while managing sales records.
• Create a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• With Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Min of 1-year relevant experience in a similar industry, technical support, or handling technical sales.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
