The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Post Fixtures activities and reports to the Manager (Operations). • To prepare and post monthly journal entries into the accounting system
• To follow up on outstanding customer invoices through monthly Statement of Accounts and vendor credit notes
• To issue monthly and/or ad-hoc customer invoices and voucher billings for Airline customers accurately and timely
• To prepare Month-End Schedule for respective Accounts Receivables accounts
• To prepare, generate and verify Airline crew commission reports
• To prepare refund summary list, to verify the supporting documents and checking on delivery status in ERP

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance
• Strong data analytics skills using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Basic Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge and experience is an advantage
• Meticulous, organized and good attention to details
• Good interpersonal, communication and time-management skills

Your Area of Work

The sales manager is responsible to identify, build up and maintain a strong relationship to APAC financial institutions (with strong focus on Singapore, SEA, Pacifics and Korea) covering predominantly equity and index products and services. This requires a direct relationship with sell-side clients (including D1 desks, sales, and execution teams) and buy-side firms (including funds, asset managers, SWF, pension funds, insurance etc). The candidate will work closely with Eurex APAC equity index sales team, as well as the global sales teams, and will be reporting to the APAC Head of Market Development.

Your Responsibilities

• Facilitating Sales initiatives based on combining a sound understanding of the customer’s needs, processes, and business models to grow the usage of Eurex equity and index product suite
• Deliver in three dimensions:

1. Increase distribution & trading activity
2. Grow trustful client relationships
3. Provide customer intelligence into Eurex’ product & service design processes

• Cultivate and manage key relationships with buy-side and sell-side clients to grow the usage, and generate support, for existing and new products and services
• Generate short and longer-term sales solutions to expand footprints in the region

• Support in creating and executing regional and product specific sales plans

Your Profile

• University degree level and min. 5-8 years’ experience in the international financial industry
• Strong sales experience with broad network and relationship to APAC financial institutions, as well as client relationship management skills is key, in particular in Korea and SE Asia
• Distinct knowledge about futures and options derivatives products, clearing processes and risk management
• Strong problem solving & integrated thinking skills with a solutions-oriented approach to challenges
• Proficient & self-confident manner with excellent presentation skills to confidently and clearly articulate views
• Excellent communication skills with strong written and oral proficiency in English and Korean
