Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the team members in accordance to the service standards, ensure suggestive selling techniques are performed by all team members
• Assist in development of the wine list and ability to pair and suggest wine to guest and decanting of the wine
• Operate the cash register, compute the cash register and records total transactions on a daily basis
• Provide excellent guest engagement while serving food and beverage to the guest

Requirements

• Possess WSET certificate or its equivalent
• Preferably 5 years’ experience in fine dining restaurants
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with cheerful personality

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, Process and Follow up on Sales Orders.
• Review customer’s requests and prepare quotation in response to customer enquiry.
• Perform order entry duties accurately and in a timely basis.
• Generate manufacturing documentation to manufacturing planning for creation of Production Order.
• Review Delivery Orders to ensure error-free before goods delivery.
• Update and maintain delivery schedule or re-schedule.
• Update of Sales Order status.
• Prepare weekly or periodic reports of compiled orders.
• Others ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O level
• Minimum of 1 years of work experience as Sales Coordinator or Shipping Assistant
• Preferred with knowledge of SAP
• Preferred with knowledge of Shipping process
• Must be detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Competence with Microsoft Office
• Good personality and able to handle customer queries
