Main Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct manpower recruitment and placement to job sites/teams
• Interview and select suitable candidates for cleaners to increase and maintain cleaning manpower
• Implement and review the operation SOP for the job sites/teams
• Implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements and Workplace Safety and Health policies, procedures and regulations
• Review training needs to implement training plans for staff
• Manage and handle client feedback and on-site incidents
• Manage and review staff daily attendance and performance
• Monitor and ensure smooth running of daily manpower operations, arrange for replacement of staff as and when necessary
• Manage equipment and supplies inventory and replenishment as and when necessary
• Planning and ensuring orientation for all new staff and job sites
• Conduct site visits and advise on manpower requirements and costing for jobs
• Transporting cleaners/teams to and between job sites as and when required
• Assist at job sites as and when required

Requirements

• Prior experience in operations and recruitment in cleaning is highly preferred.
• Experience in cleaning will be an advantage.
• Driving experience will be an advantage.

Main Purpose of the Job:

Function as the Executive Senior Project Manager in delivering professional PM services for large scale projects in the CRE and/or DC sector.

Job Description (Key Responsibilities):

• Act as a Project Lead in the project to liaise with all levels of stakeholders (Client, Consultants, Contractor, Authorities and end-users) on project related matter.
• Lead site team in project and manage the project managers involved in project.
• Chair meetings with key stakeholders involved i.e. Key Personnel Meeting, Project Control Meeting, EOT meetings and other ad hoc meetings called by the Client.
• To attend as necessary the Site Progress Meeting, Technical Meetings and Design and Coordination Meetings; and to keep the meeting minutes of these meetings.
• To monitor and review the project master schedule and advise the Client on the impact of any delay events.
• Monitor project cash flow projections, ensuring payments are processed promptly and recommended to the Client for payment on time.
• Manage the review of variations with Consultants and Client.
• Project administration and liaison with client on project implementation
• Manage consultants and ensure deliverables based on agreed program and completion dates.
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
• Facilitates the handing over process of the completed project to the relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the defects reporting and rectification process during Defects Liability Period.
• In collaboration with other consultants, to manage the process of variation certification and closure.
• Prepare the Monthly PM report to the Client.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum 11 years’ experience in the built-environment industry handling new projects, CRE/DC projects with major A&A scope or large projects either fit out or new build or both.
• Minimum 1 Project Management related qualifications - [PMP, SPM, RICS, PRINCE2]
