Key Responsibilities:

· Analyses and document end to end detailed requirement in user stories and functional specification document.

· Walkthrough the requirement documentation with stakeholders and seek approval from Product Owner

· Document and finalize process flows including customer journeys, system flows, and operational processes based on agreed end to end requirement.

· Review SIT test cases, define UAT test scope and develop UAT test scenarios/cases in ensuring the requirements are fully tested and traceability to original requirements.

· Engage with UAT stakeholders on requirements walkthrough and UAT test cases review.

· Assist in defect triage during SIT and UAT on requirement clarifications.

· Understanding of technology and development lifecycle – experience in both SDLC & Agile/SCRUM delivery.

· Good understanding on tools such as JIRA, confluence etc.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Requirements

· 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking industry.

· Experience in writing clear and concise user stories to articulate business requirements

· Experience with Agile methodologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide basic case management for persons living with dementia and carers, including the provision of information, service linkages with appropriate resources and support.
• Plan, facilitate and coordinate group activities for DSC including the acquisition, development and preparation of activity materials and resources.
• Assist with implementation of psychosocial interventions under supervision, such as Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, and reminiscence programmes
• Conduct basic screening and assessments for persons living with dementia, including those with Young Onset Dementia, for activity planning.
• Provide guidance to care staff – including programme coordinators and programme assistants, volunteers, and caregiver peers.
• Engage with various internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of activity programme.
• Perform admin work and documentation such as maintenance of float, admission registration, monitor grants’ KPIs, capturing of outcome measures, etc.
• Organize and conduct outreach to increase dementia awareness and promote early identification.
• Support clients with or who are at risk of dementia by linking them to the necessary support and resources.
• Explore new avenues of collaboration with community partners and stakeholders.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in psychology, social work, community development or relevant discipline, with minimum 2 years of experience in community engagement work.
• Prior experience in working with persons with dementia or carers is an added advantage.
• Competencies: Self-motivated, resourceful, good attention to details, leadership quality, ability to plan and implement ideas, and comfortable in speaking with group.
• Ability to work on Saturdays when needed.

Fri: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m

This role overseeing and handle company's facilities maintenance

and administrative duties

1. Handles proactive and preventative maintenance works to the building facilities/ system/ equipment (Example: telephone system, goods hoist lifts system, passenger lifts system, car lift, dumbwaiter, ACMV system, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system etc.). To ensure that all systems are in good functioning condition. If any repair or replacement are required, source for quotations and coordinate with the various stakeholders for the work to be carried out.

2. Make frequent trips to the various facilities within the Group to carry out routine inspection.

3. Contact and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders / vendors on all the service maintenance, repair works and scheduling matters.

4. After completion by external vendor, conduct visual inspection to ensure that the works are carried out properly and satisfactorily.

5. Conduct bi-weekly night inspection to ensure the functionality of all the building signage and building security lighting.

6. Administrative duties such as preparation, verification & processing of Purchase Requisition/ Purchase Order and Invoices etc.

7. Updating of maintenance schedule and incurred expenditure reports.

8. Prepare annual building maintenance expenditure and budgetary reports.

9. Renewal of factory license, signage advertisement license, electrical installation license, subletting application, etc., and submission of new applications to relevant authorities whenever necessary.

10. To ensure that there is adequate stock for all toiletries and groceries supplies and place order if the stock is running low.

11. Prepare proposal to the management for any proposed improvement/ repair/ replacement work.

12. Assist in any ad hoc A&A/ upgrading/ improvement projects. Coordinate with the project consultants/ contractors and monitoring the project progress.

13. Review of drawings, building plans to ensure that the design specification complies to the owner’s requirement as well as to the statutory code of practice/regulation.

14. Quality control of work done by contractor to ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the approved drawings, work scopes and technical specifications.

15. Any other suitable duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time

This is a 1 Year Contract role.

Responsibilities:

1. IT Operations

• Manage Incident tickets and Request Ticket raised by business users
• Collaborate with helpdesk, regional second level and third level support, external vendor and HQ team to resolve IT systems issues. This includes all processes to achieve resolution.
• Support IT systems usage questions from users
• Create and maintain SQL based reports
• Troubleshoot IT systems issue
• First level support on IT security issues.
• Manage business users’ expectation on IT processes such as incident management, Change Management, Demand Management, Request Management and Security policies
• Attend conference calls for incident management, release management
• Manage all IT systems as first level support and implement all and new processes for support and maintenance

2. Other Tasks

• Work with IT team to generate IT reporting, showcasing IT KPI on a regular basis
• Train with IT team to upgrade knowledge on newly implemented systems
• Provide I.T. Training to business users on Cybersecurity topics and new system enhancements
• Perform documentation on new guidelines, system design and processes

Education & Work experience

• Work experience: At least 6 years’ experience as helpdesk, Onsite IT, server management
• Cross-cultural experience: Ability to work productively and maintain effective relationship in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams;
• Education: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics, Information Management
