• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support across all Human Resources (HR) disciplines, encompassing talent acquisition, payroll administration, rewards, and remuneration, as well as fostering employee growth and facilitating leaving and joining formalities.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Work Pass transactions, ensuring meticulous handling of applications, renewals, and terminations.
• Coordinate and implement employee training initiatives, including the introduction of new hires and ongoing internal communication efforts.
• Offer assistance for the broad array of HR tasks as required.

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role and payroll administration
• Experience in Info-Tech HRMS will be advantageous
