Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients throughout the search process via written communication, phone calls, and in-person meetings. Build rapport with high-level executives and their support teams
• Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive client and candidate information.
• Review and approve monthly client billing invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and assist in timely collections.
• Draft proposals, position specifications, and candidate resumes in coordination with the team.
• Prepare and edit pitch decks and proposals using PowerPoint.
• Schedule and organize candidate meetings with consultants and clients.
• Arrange travel for consultants and candidates, liaising with clients for smooth plans.
• Ensure accurate notations in Searcher for candidates and engagements.
• Assist in business development by researching companies and updating activities on Salesforce and Searcher.
• Monitor engagements shared with other offices and consultants.
• Produce written responses to resumes and phone contacts.
• Review accounting reports for accuracy and request corrections.
• Prepare and submit expense reports using the internal Concur tool.
• Coordinate workflow with the local Administrative Office Manager and office staff.
• Provide backup telephone and administrative support during absences.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree or equivalent qualifications, or demonstrable work experience in the EA/administration field.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Over 5 years of relevant experience supporting leaders and senior professionals in a Professional Services environment.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Corporate Services will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing and expanding relationships with key clients, and building a strong network of leads. This role involves identifying market trends, understanding client needs, and developing tailored solutions to meet corporate service demands. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent networking abilities, capable of independently sourcing and nurturing leads while contributing to the overall strategic goals of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in, phone or email inquiries promptly and professionally
• Identify and generate new leads through personal networks, referrals, industry events and digital platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals to close deals effectively
• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by driving new business and expanding existing accounts
• Work closely with internal teams (service delivery, operations and finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
• Assist in marketing, partnership, and collaboration activities in order to generate new leads

Responsibilities:

• Outreach to families to share the benefits and importance of preschool and encourage preschool enrolment, via phone call and door knocking.
• Support families with preschool enrolment administrative work, such as provide guidance/ assistance in filling out enrolment forms and gathering required documents, follow up with families to confirm their child’s enrolment status, walk families through the enrolment process.
• Address any barriers that hinder families for preschool enrolment and make referrals if necessary.
• Perform administrative duties, including but not limited to maintaining updated information of families in external and internal systems.
• Provide last mile delivery of support to families.

Requirements:

• A-level or Diploma holder preferably in Early Childhood, Marketing or related disciplines
• Experience in sales, marketing, early childhood sector or social service
• Enjoy meeting people and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• To be physically and medically fit for regular outreach activities
• Able to multi-task and be organized, be proficient in maintaining data and adaptable to changes
• This position is on contract basis
• Full time or part time welcomed

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Market the programme to SMEs, institutions of higher learning, students and external partners through telemarketing and events including career fairs, talks, field trips, etc.
• Handle inquiries on programme from external parties
• Evaluate applications based on the programme criteria
• Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates and facilitate matching between applicants and participating companies
• Follow-up and monitor the status of applicants, study award matches and grant funding through working closely with participating companies
• Provide day-to-day administrative support which includes collation of information, processing applications, maintenance of applicants’ database and records, generating reports, preparation of documents and filling, etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably a Diploma holder with at least 1-2 years of working experience. (Fresh Graduates may apply)

Location: Alexandra Primary School, 2A Prince Charles Crescent, Singapore 159016
Contract Duration: 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (Including school holidays): 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break.
• Total Hours per Week: 42.5 hours.
• Note: Services are not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays unless otherwise specified. Adjustments to the schedule may be required within the 42.5-hour framework.

Key Responsibilities

ICT Support

1. Assist the HOD ICT in managing daily ICT services and overseeing project implementations.
2. Support MOE policies, ensuring compliance with guidelines and standards.
3. Manage and update the school’s website using IsomerCMS, WordPress, or Swiiit.
4. Handle vendor coordination, contract management, and preparation of ITQ specifications and documentation.
5. Assist in ICT asset management, including inventory and loan equipment tracking.
6. Troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., PC, printer, and LAN connectivity).
7. Conduct evaluations for AV and ICT devices, and prepare procurement-related documentation.

ICT Training

1. Plan and deliver Just-In-Time (JIT) training/workshops for staff and students.
2. Prepare and present multimedia training materials.
3. Infuse digital literacy in teaching and learning curriculums.
4. Organize and conduct ICT training for effective implementation.
5. Research and propose tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.

Other Duties

1. Photograph and video record significant school events using DSLR cameras.
2. Film, edit, and create videos for school activities, ensuring high-quality output.
3. Live-stream major school events and manage AVA setups for assemblies and functions.
4. Carry out any additional duties as assigned by school leaders.

Qualifications and Skills Required

1. Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience as an ICT Executive, preferably in a Singapore primary school environment.
• Hands-on experience with ICT projects and managing school ICT assets.

1. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Advanced knowledge of video editing software and livestreaming tools (preferably in iOS or Mac environments).
• Ability to troubleshoot IT systems and set up AV sound systems.

1. Training and Communication:

• Capable of preparing and conducting ICT training sessions for staff and students.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

1. Other Requirements:

• Strong planning, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Physically capable of moving and setting up IT and AV equipment.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
