Requirements:

• Close monitoring of project manning plan, review, forecast and update.

Profile:

• Gather and organize financial data to provide detailed analysis on variances
• Investigate and perform monthly analysis for order intake, revenue changes and movement in expenditure (increases/decreases) between Actuals and Budgets/Forecast/Prior Year
• Ensure the accuracy in monthly reporting (order intake, revenue, gross profit)
• Support sales bids process, financials preparation, benchmark and challenge costs/margins.
• Provide financial analysis with attention to cash-flow analysis and local tax requirements.
• Support commercial decision making and manage performance against budget/forecasts through analysis and being the go-to person for financial matters relating to the market.

Requirements:

• Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (or equivalent) from a recognised institute or equivalent professional qualification such as ACCA
• Experience in Manufacturing industry/Trading industry
• Experience of working in well-established global multinationals with matrix reporting structures.
• Experience in data management, including use of business intelligence reporting and finance systems. Knowledge of SAP is a must.

Job Description

1. Monthly Management Accounts and Analysis

• Responsible for timely accounting closing and ensure all closing schedules and activities are completed in accordance with timeline
• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts, monitor and analyse of income and expenditure against budget/ forecast/ prior year.
• Assist in forecasting of financial results and perform profit and loss statement for Business Heads

• Preparation of monthly report to key stakeholders and annual financial statement in accordance with FRS

4. Accounts Payable

• Perform check for assigned invoices to ensure proper approval and compliance with internal control procedures and company guidelines
• Conduct check over vendors’ bank accounts in accordance with standard operating procedure

5. Other matters

• Prepare statistics and other reporting requirements
• Handle any ad hoc analysis and projects as assigned
• Assist in treasury arrangement and other banking matters
