The Role

This role supports the Sales General Manager and includes strategic, operational, project management responsibilities helping the Sales leadership teams to drive results, improve processes, implement change, strengthen controls, and achieve more efficient operational performance.

This role provides the opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team of Moody’s Analytics (MA) to drive organisational impact and achieve strategic objectives. You will workday to with SLT of the Sales Organisation and other leaders across Moody’s. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and appreciate the value of this practical experience while applying their problem-solving skills in innovative and creative ways.

In addition, this person will facilitate collaboration and communication across the Sales organisation to ensure the successful achievement of the OU’s objectives. 1. the narrative and presentation of MA strategy for internal and external purposes – e.g. townhall, SalesConnect, ManagersConnect, as well as leading key sales related projects such as managing pipeline and forecasting meetings, sales performance reviews, headcount and recruiting budget, deployment, commission and targeting activities.
2. developing and executing regional sales development programs and learning tools by defining sales processes and translating organisational goals into actionable learning plans. The Director of Sales Strategic Programs will work hand in hand with peers in other regions to align and ensure consistency at the global level.

Responsibilities

General Operations

• Support of strategic initiative across Sales and ownership of key meetings (i.e. Leadership, All Hands Meeting, Pipeline/Customer Health)

What We Are Looking For

The Regional HR Senior Manager / Director will play a key strategic role in aligning our human resource strategy with the overall business goals. The role requires a strong background in HR leadership, experience in operational HR management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regional environment. Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications are preferred.

Experience

8 to 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a regional role in the manufacturing industry.

Proven experience in both strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational HR functions.

Strong understanding of regional HR practices, with experience in Singapore, China and India being highly beneficial.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and diverse teams across multiple regions.

• Play an active role in the agency’s new business efforts; take responsibility for the majority of the planning input on pitches, and being the planning representative for the agency in creds
• Work closely with senior leadership to manage account profitability through oversight of team’s productivity

• Experience of 10 years and above in PR, Integrated Marketing Communications, and/or digital
• Display a strong understanding of industry trends to see where the agency can identify opportunities to grow.
• Agency experience is essential; experience managing a small-sized team
• Excellent knowledge and experience in the Southeast Asia markets
• Experience in strategic communications and growth strategy
• Corporate communications and/or experience is an advantage
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills – confident, vocal, and focused
• Detail-minded, independent and a good team player

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Funeral Director located in Geylang Bahru. Our client is one of Singapore's Leading Specialists for Buddhist funeral services and you will be responsible for managing call center hotlines and ensuring prompt follow-up actions. They coordinate funeral arrangements effectively and are versatile in conducting client meetings in the office, on-site, and via virtual platforms. Responsibilities include transferring the deceased to funeral homes, collaborating closely with operations staff and the Finance Team, and handling other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Possess class 3 driver license
• Relevant industry experience is an advantage
• Comfortable working in the funeral industry
• Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
