Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. Services provided include security operations, safety, budget and financial execution, logistics, and employee recruitment, onboarding and training. The security operations program is comprised of regional security man-guarding functions, a security operations center, development and management of security operations metrics, branch liaison, personnel management and driving key security operations projects and initiatives for datacenters on a multi $100M global Client account. Direct reports may include field based Regional Security Managers, as well as shared services/program management resources to include Regional Operations Coordinator, Security Design PMOs and other Security Operations personnel. The RDSO is accountable for datacenter security operations service delivery, enhancing safety culture, driving innovation and process change across the program and staff engagement and development. JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for supporting the Global Credit Card Balance Growth strategies within the context of the wider global Credit Cards & Personal Loans (CCPL) strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy

Business

The role holder is accountable for developing, socializing and helping drive implementation of strategies for ETP Credit Card Portfolio returns, and for delivery technologies that satisfy the needs of the business, and are in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including:

• Leveraging advanced analytics and collaborating with risk teams to provide thought leadership on risk and pricing frameworks to enable markets to deploy portfolio management strategies that are EVA accretive and within risk appetite.

The role holder is responsible for:

• Engagement with group policy owners and/or risk control owners for the implementation of policies and control standards set by them.

The Director, Global Supply Chain Sustainability is responsible for providing leadership and management of Samsonite’s supply chain sustainability program in support of Our Responsible Journey, the company’s global sustainability strategy. Brief Summary
