Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Enforces the golf rules stipulated under the Club Rules Handbook such as order to play, control hours, time sheet bookings, when and who are eligible to play on the course, handicap certifications, maintenance of handicaps.

What You Will Be Doing

THKMC was incorporated on 13 October 2011 as a charity to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large, and achieved an Institute of Public Character (IPC) status on 18 November 2011. THKMC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, which lives by the mission To Serve Mankind to help anyone who needs help regardless of their race, religion, colour, language, creed and culture. THKMC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors Community, and Therapy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal Audit Coordination and Support (90%)

• Gather data and information required for the planning of each audit assignment.
• Perform audit work in accordance with (but not limited to) the audit program within the timeline and budget assigned.
• Carry out preliminary planning, establish direction for audits and perform risk-based audits, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of systems of internal controls of the Group businesses,
• Design and regularly review internal audit plans and programmes, ensuring the audits address relevant areas of identified risks.
• Agree and monitor all audit action plans with internal stakeholders to implement all audit recommendations.
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and provide progress report to Management.
• Possessing useful professional experience in IT general controls and data analytics to complement internal controls and risk experience would be an added advantage.
• Provide advice and training (where necessary) to THKMC staff on internal control procedures.
• Undertake ad-hoc or special reviews which include investigations.

General (10%)

• Perform any adhoc duties as assigned.

• Good degree in Accounting with minimum 4 years of audit/risk management experiences in Big 4 accounting firms and/or internal audit of MNCs.
• Exposure to risk management, IT audits, data analytics would be an added advantage.
• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Good knowledge of PDPA, Workplace Safety & Health legislation and other relevant regulations relating to Compliance would be a bonus.
• Meticulous, analytical with strong logical thinking skills.
• Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Strong planning, problem solving and analytical skills with an innovative mindset, with ability to assess and evaluate risks.
• High level of self-management and ability to work under tight timelines.

The Division of Student Administration is seeking a highly driven individual with a passion for the arts and arts education to join us as a senior executive to organise Convocation and conduct student life activities. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Student Services, and the key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist in conceptualising, planning and executing Convocation in collaboration with other divisions.
• Work with the line manager to strategise and create opportunities and services that support students and their development, creating a positive and enriching student life.
• Develop, organise and conduct student activities such as student leadership and skills development programme and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
• Assist and support key institutional and student life activities, including Orientation, and ad-hoc activities.
• Assist in community projects, student competitions and student promotions with industry partners, faculties and students.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as SPF, CNB and vendors.
• Use of multiple channels to maintain communication, disseminate information and receive feedback from students.
• Maintain and ensure information accuracy in the Student Learning Portal.
• Carry out and manage administrative processes (e.g. preparing activities proposal, managing procurement (if any).
• Manage student volunteers who may be called upon for social media takeovers during institutional events.
• Manage the production of collateral such as the Orientation guide and care card, and provide editorial content for events and activities for publicity on the College’s owned platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an established university with at least three years of administrative experience within a tertiary education environment.
• Good interpersonal, organisational, analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to engage and communicate well with students at tertiary level.
• Resourceful, multitasking, meticulous, proactive and excellent follow-through capability.
• Ability to work independently within tight deadlines and to produce output of high accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural environment, both within the team and with the various faculties and divisions across the College.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We Offer

As Logistics Executive, Maintenance & Repair, you are responsible for the overall empty equipment / container management in MSC Singapore agency. This includes managing the container inventory control, maintenance and repair of returned containers, coordinating on-hire / off-hire, arrangement for supply of reefer spares, and preparation of empty container related reports, including the overall logistics performance of empty containers in PSA and appointed depot/s. You will also have the opportunity to work and communicate across geographical and cultural borders that will enable you to build a strong professional network.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities are to handle all maintenance and repair matters for empty containers returned from consignees or Port of Loading (POL), including the survey and review of repairs, coordination of spare parts, reviewing of repair cost estimates, as well as associated reports. Your key responsibilities include:

• Review all repair estimates submitted by appointed depot/s;
• Controlling M&R expense and perform depot inspection for repair and survey operations;
• Weekly heavy damage containers arrangement;
• Coordinate reworking operations for live dry /RF container in PSA Terminal and subsequently reporting to each reworking to Principal;
• Analyse and review repair items and its related cost prior to submission to the Regional Office for approval;
• Authorize appointed depot/s for repair upon receiving approval;
• Follow up with consignee or POL for empty return container with damage status (including repair cost recovery);
• Perform depot inspection for repair and survey operations;
• Resolve reefer maintenance and repair issues with PSA Reefercare;
• Update all parties on status of repairs;
• Coordinate cold-treatment reefer requirements and data requests;
• Update and inform POL / Port of Discharge (POD) / Claims Department on damaged reefer notifications and follow up on repairs and rectification for shipment, including costs recovery;
• Arrange for survey of any on-hire reefer empty containers;
• Coordinate reworking operations for live dry /RF container in PSA Terminal and subsequently reporting each reworking to Principal;
• Arrange and coordinate the supply and / or collection of reefer shipkits onboard MSC or partner vessels as directed;
• Coordinate Load & Lash Operations/patching with PSA Terminal & vendor.
