• Support Hiring Projects: Contribute to various hiring projects by strategizing talent pipelines through platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques.
• Provide Market Intelligence: Conduct complex data analysis and deliver up-to-date, accurate market intelligence to business leaders, supporting informed decision-making for business growth.
• Interview Scheduling and Communication: Take ownership of the interview scheduling process, ensuring clear communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Brand Ambassador: Act as the ambassador of Company's culture, leaving all candidates with a positive impression of our organization.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on international sourcing, preferably for operational or product manager roles in internet companies. Agency experience is also welcomed.
• Sourcing Skills: Proven experience with research and sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, other social media, and forums, to identify and engage passive candidates within the internet industry talent space. Strong output in creating target company mapping lists.
• Adaptability: Ability to contribute efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a strong sense of data and the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and enhance the company's business procedures and risk management system.
• A due diligence examination of loan operations conducted on-site.
• In charge of business follow-up inspections.
• In charge of overseeing the Company's debt collection efforts
• In charge of ensuring that the company's operating system complies with applicable laws and regulations.
• Encourage staff performance in the sales team to achieve the objective.
• In charge of overseeing the risk control system training.
• Conduct risk control meetings on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• A degree in finance, banking, business studies, economics, commerce, or equivalent
• At least 5-8 years of experience controlling credit risk
• Certification as a Professional Risk Manager (PRM) is advantageous

Job Description:

· To perform tasks assigned by the superior, to identify and confirm the ambiguous tasks;

· To understand product demand, product industry, market conditions (according to requirements of the purchase form), to endure the authenticity of the supplier quotation; to have preliminary understanding of business terms (payment terms, quality standards, certificates, and delivery) and to assist the supplier management department on the collection of supplier performance appraisal data;

· To develop procurement channels (reduce the intermediate links, complete the development of new products, new markets and new suppliers);

· To collect the user experience, effect, and feedback of products, and report identified issues to superior;

· To think and reflect on problems and issues faced during market survey based on market conditions and seasonal changes, and to timely feedback to supervisor;

· To collect certificates of products and suppliers, and to ensure the authenticity of the certificates;

· To examine the supplier and provide them with feasible recommendations;

· To be responsible for product sampling;

· To be responsible in the data analysis related to the procurement of products;

· To provide tender product information: purchase form, price inquiry table, and etc.
