Job Duties:

• Provide full spectrum of HR function including recruitment and selection, on-board and off-boarding, training, performance management and employee relations

Requirements

Aim

To equip Ops Executive with necessary clinic operations skills (oversee a team of frontline clinic staff to ensure the smooth operations of the clinic) and that a higher level of service is provided to our patients. Be the bridge between HQ and clinic to ensure smooth communication and ensuring SOP adherence.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and support individual clinic operations which includes manpower and resource planning, clinic maintenance, implementation of initiatives & projects/workflows roll-out.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and working instructions in all areas related to operations
• Participate in new initiatives and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordination between HQ departments and external agencies or stakeholders on projects/activities participated
• Monitor and assess performances of the key KPIs established for Clinic Operations and handling of annual clinic budget
• Provide IT support for clinic operations processes (eg. GP Connect)
• Other ad-hoc duties as tasked by Ops Manager
