What you’ll be doing?
We are seeking a result driven Sales Executive to join our Agency Sales team. In this role, you will engage with travel agencies to expand our travel network and drive the sales of travel services, including offerings from airlines and other service providers. Your expertise in sales and business development within either travel tech or travel management industry will be crucial in establishing and nurturing strong relationships with our agency clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales pursuits with assigned countries, winning travel agency customers for Sabre's travel services distribution platform, thereby driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify and engage potential travel agency clients, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Craft and deliver persuasive proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of Sabre's solutions.
- Negotiate with potential clients to secure favorable terms and agreements, own financial deal modeling to illustrate value and ROI to Sabre and client.
- Align with internal stakeholders including product and account management teams, to tailor solutions and offerings to effectively meet client needs.
- Effectively present products and services to all levels of the organization, both internal and external.
- Collaborate with account management, implementation, and all other entities within Sabre to ensure efficient integration and customer satisfaction.
- Act as point of contact between Sabre and travel agency clients, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Qualifications And Education Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the travel management or travel tech industry.
· Strong understanding of the travel industry, including the distribution landscape and the role of technology in driving agency sales.
· Proven track record of successful sales performance and achieving targets.
· Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
· Business level fluency in English and a major Asian language.
