• Prepares claim to the Client for Offshore Hook-up and Commissioning work on a monthly basis and subsequent following up and clarifications by assisting Project Claim Lead
• Follows up with Finance for timely payment for Subcontract invoicing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcomed to apply
• Well-experienced in checking and verifying the invoices submitted by Subcontractors
• Well-experienced in verifying timesheets and supporting documentation for reimbursable claims and variations
• Proficient in MS Office App such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

To acquire sales and maintain existing customers as required by company

➢Prospecting for new business using different means. Cold calls, canvassing, digital means.

➢Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new customer base

➢Negotiating on price, cost, delivery dates between customers and company

➢Liaising with several vendors to ensure vehicles are on schedule for vehicle delivery

➢Provide consistent follow-ups with existing customers to ensure that quality service standards are maintained

➢Basic + Comm + Transport reimbursement
