• Alternate Saurdays- 0845am- 1245pm

Duties

• Deploy prime mover drivers to perform trucking job
• Fulfil customers’ deliveries and requirements
• Plan and assign the routes for truckers’ deliveries such as police escort
• Conduct toolbox meeting
• Liaise with workshop on vehicle repair / routine servicing
• Process drivers’ incentives payment
• Perform Port Clearance activities

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent
• 1 year relevant experience in deployment of drivers for trucking/ loose cargo jobs
• Familiar with Portnet
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and drivers
• Able to work independently, multi-task and under pressure

Description:

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
• Explain payment breakdown to clients in detail
• Enhance overall collection efficiency
• Resolve client questions relating to billing
• Meet collection targets

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in debt collection role
• Highly organized and independent
• Positive team player with good verbal communication skills
• Meticulous and possess a sense of urgency

Job Description:

• Checking daily incoming payments and identifying failed collections
• Call and follow up with Hirers that are in default
• Issuance of 4th/5th schedules to Hirers
• Arranging for repossession of vehicles
• Arrange for tender auctions of vehicles
• Liase with lawyers for litigation and following up with the company's solicitors in enforcing legal action against debtors
• Handling customers' enquiries on repossessed vehicles and redemption cases.
• Handling disposal of repossessed vehicles.
• Handling the recovery of shortfall after the disposal of vehicles from tender sales.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of credit control experience will be advantageous
• Organized, meticulous and systematic
• Able to communicate well at all levels
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills and good command of written and
• spoken English and Chinese (to handle queries from Chinese speaking clients)
