As a Sales Development Manager at SMI Vantage, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new clients, nurturing existing client relationships, and ultimately contributing to the achievement of our sales and revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:

Wine Logistics Business (B2B):

• Evaluate and approach prospective new clients
• Handling existing clients, build and maintain strong relationship to ensure client relation is effectively managed.

• Assist in conducting thorough due diligence on potential franchisees, including financial viability & operational capability.
• Manage the entire franchise onboarding process, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for new franchisees.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive training programs for new franchisees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
• Oversee the implementation and adherence to operational systems and standards across all franchise locations, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Provide monthly franchisee reports for management to evaluate the performance of franchisees
• The Candidate is also expected to identify potential customers and coordinate machine sales to F&B operators, and institutions etc.The Candidate is expected to achieve the sales target goals as set by Management, including the number of franchisees onboarded, and no of machines sold

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities for cleaning manager

Determine gaps in portfolio and investments/resources for future success in I&I

Develop innovation pipeline and business case for key customers

Manage the Cleaning & Coating suppliers that support the Service Division

1. Development of the Asian Market (50%)

The company's ambition to open an office in Asia is highly dependent on the success with new accounts in the region. Therefore, in order to accelerate the timelines, one of our objectives will be to participate in activities that aim to grow The company’s position in Asia. Being part of the Solutions Engineering & Partnerships team, you will support our ambition to acquire new Asian customers and to delight them during the first months by leveraging your deep industry knowledge. • Support the sales team in Asia as a solutions and industry expert

As a global team, a lot of our activities will have a tie to the Asian market. But your knowledge of the company's solutions will make you an asset in supporting our younger team members as well. Some examples of activities you could support when relevant include:

• Partnerships development in the Asian market, as well as European partners with ties to Asia.
• Supervise younger sales engineers in delivering high impact pilot results, slides, etc.

4. Asian office development (10%)

As the opening of the Asian office depends on the company having a strong client base (i.e. at least 4 active Asian customers), most of the activities for this fiscal year in this objective will be preparatory. You will therefore support the exploration towards opening of a company's office in Asia as soon as we get close to this “4 Asian customers” milestone.

• Work with Finance (or relevant stakeholders) to coordinate the actions and priorities and budget (Finance leading the corporate points, you driving the business points)

Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Manager -

Customer Success Management to lead and build our Regional Customer Success Team. This role will be

based in Singapore. This role will have regional accountability for the activities of the team, liaising with

Sales, Services and other internal functions to ensure Boeing’s customers are maximizing their outcomes

with our products.

Boeing’s Customer Success Team plays a crucial role in driving adoption, identifying expansion

opportunities, and ensuring renewal for our Commercial Airline customers within Digital Aviation

Services.

You will be working across, but directly aligned with Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) product offerings,

which include:

• Flight Deck Solutions: These products and services span across an Airlines Operation Control Center (OCC) and include Crew Scheduling, Flight Planning, Crew Tracking, and Operation Control.
• Flight Operations: These products and services are primarily used by Pilots and Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Administrators. Examples include EFB applications, EFB Tools, Navigation, and Charting solutions.
• Tech Operations: These products and services are used across an Airlines Maintenance Department. Examples include Asset Management System, Engine Fleet Planning and Costing, and Records Management

Position Responsibilities:

• Managing the regional day-to-day activities with the CSM team
• Hiring & motivating a strong, cohesive team that has a ‘Customer first’ mindset
• Reporting & escalating up the leadership chain to be sure we have transparency with regard to all client successes & issues
• Build strong business relationships with all key stakeholders including users and business owners
• Assist the team in measuring customer value by correlating adoption metrics with customer KPIs
• Understand and help the team mitigate churn and drive recurring revenue growth
• Foster internal partnerships with Go to Market team (e.g. Sales Directors, Technical Sellers, Services Leads, Premium Support, and Solution Consultants) for assigned accounts.
• When necessary - Participate in QBR activities driven by the Services Leader & Sales Director
• Periodic reports and updates for key executives
• Offer customer/market feedback to Boeing's offer managers, services offer managers, and product managers

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
• Previous experience in a customer success role within a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of hiring/building/growing teams
• A successful candidate will have
• Ability to align customers' business processes with product capabilities.
• Expertise in management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to messages to end-users and executives.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Previous experience in airline operations and a solid understanding of aviation concepts (with proven background in client management)
• Experience with Customer Success philosophy/goals
• Experience with Customer Success platforms – Using technology to more effectively manage client communications, etc.
• Previous experience in an Airline OCC, Maintenance, and/or Flight Operations environments
• Experience with TSIA concepts and best practices
• Experience applying adoption and renewal methodologies to optimize the customer engagement model.
• Previous experience in international business and/or multi-cultural environments.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
