Roles & Responsibilities
. Responsible for effectively creating and executing multi-platform marketing initiatives for the organizationās events.
. Owns the event marketing process ā budgeting, design and creatives, marketing strategies, promotion, execution of initiatives and evaluation.
Ā· Work closely with Corporate Partners for successful delivery of all physical and online events and lead generation activities.
Ā· Conceptualize design briefs to develop marketing collaterals
Ā· Develop and implement effective event marketing strategies
Ā· Plan, develop and drive all local event paid campaigns-online/offline
Ā· Monitor and optimize local event paid campaigns-online/offline for maximum effectiveness.
Ā· Communicate closely with appointed agencies, printers and external vendors and ensure project timelines are met
Ā· Prepare event budget, marketing and post event reports
Ā· Participates in new business activities as assigned.
Ā· Plan and execute various onsite activations & events, including but not limited to CRS booth and pop-ups
Ā· Identify opportunities to expand marketing efforts and to increase brand awareness
Ā· Assist in planning of annual events and event campaign calendar.
Ā· Participates in any marketing-related activities as assigned
Requirements
Ā· Diploma or Degree in Business/Events Management or Marketing
Ā· At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing/events position
Ā· Creative and detail-oriented
Ā· Effective oral and written communication
Ā· Have ability to work and operate in a team and demonstrate teamwork skills
Ā· Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
Skills
Ā· Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
Ā· Strong creative, strategic and analytical skills
Ā· Knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop/ Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
Ā· Knowledge of SEO & SEM concepts and website analytics tools (Google analytics)
