• Organize crisis management simulations exercise including for subsidiary companies.
• Manage the documentations for corporate ACRA filing and update.
• Stand-in as Personal Assistant for General Manager (GM)/Acting GM in case of secretary absence.

Requirements:

• Min 3-6 years of relevant experience handling Japanese expatriate onboarding/offboarding
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1, N2) to communicate effectively through phone calls, emails and/or meetings with Tokyo HQ, as well as both local and expatriate staff in the branch offices and subsidiary companies
• Prior experience handling work pass applications
• Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting systems such as SAP
