What will you do?

The scopes of the services include, but are not limited to:

• Lifecycle Management and Policy Compliance: Support project officers in managing IT systems across planning, design, development, deployment, maintenance, and support stages, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Cloud Integration and Service Management: Facilitate system onboarding to cloud platforms, manage service activations and data migration processes, and handle technical feasibility assessments of change requests.
• Testing, Compliance, and Risk Assessment: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review security and compliance reports, prepare cybersecurity documentation, and manage third-party risk assessments.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to ensure contract compliance, report project progress to managers and stakeholders, and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Support the Board’s project officers to manage the Board’s IT systems over various stages of the system lifecycle, i.e. planning, design, development deployment, maintenance and support, in compliance with the Board’s and Whole of Government policies and procedures.
• Support the Board's Project Officers in reviewing the requirements and tender specifications for new systems proposed by the Board’s user departments to align with the Board’s policies and seeking clearances from the relevant authorities.
• Facilitate system onboarding to various cloud platforms e.g. Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), Government Commercial Cloud Plus (GCC+)
• Raise and manage service activations and requests, and manage data migration processes.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project completion.
• Review hardening, VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing), and SCR (Security Compliance Review) reports, as well as vendor's risk assessments.
• Prepare and submit the relevant documents for cybersecurity compliance.
• Review vendor reports to ensure compliance with contract requirements and IM8 standards.
• Manage third-party relationships and risk assessments.
• Assess technical feasibility of the change requests and review vendor's proposed scope of work.
• Work closely and report to the Board’s project manager and stakeholders on the project progress, delays and any other matters pertaining to the assigned projects regularly.
• Other assigned ad-hoc or routine project administrative tasks.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably having gone through at least one (1) full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Familiar with deploying and managing cloud hosted systems across the various Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with system functionalities testing, GCC onboarding, data migration processes, and supporting service activations/requests.
• Experience in reviewing security hardening reports, VAPT and SCR reports.
• Below skillsets are an advantage:
• Experience in Operational Technology (OT) and/or Industrial Control Systems (ICS)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Private 5G based in the US.  This role focuses on sell-through and sell-to revenue opportunities within the top service providers, technology partners and Enterprise customers in the US. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for understanding and influencing customer-specific technology requirements, resulting in the adoption of Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity solutions with our customers and  partners. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Strategy and Communications Senior Manager to support our Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) business. This individual should have the right mix of digital content development, design, communications and knowledge/project management skills to develop and drive business content, strategy and operations in support of Visa’s Advisory business, one of Visa’s critical Value Added Services.

Primary Objectives;

Objective / Purpose of the Job

Patient Experience Associate plays a vital role in overseeing the front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service to our patients, organizing appointments and medical documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the clinic, and delivering quality care to our patients.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing front desk reception duties for the clinic, which include handling enquires (phone, email, communication channels, etc.), appointment scheduling for all clinics, and transferring calls to the respective personnel or clinic when appropriate.
• Administer new/ current patient registration and medical reports.
• Ensure clinic operational readiness to receive patients daily.
• Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Attend to patient registration and guide new patients through the registration process to ensure accurate and complete information is obtained.
• Upon patients’ check-in, check them into Clinic Operating System, and verify with patients on their identification document, insurance coverage, and administrative requirements, if any.
• Perform and record the patient’s vital signs.
• Assist with follow-up appointment scheduling after consultation or treatment.
• Scheduling appointments for laboratory and diagnostic tests and specialist referrals.
• Process patient’s payment and billing
• Obtain pre-authorization before patient admission (if required)
• Maintain an effective filing record, including scanning and uploading medical images and reports, laboratory results, referral letters, other memos (e.g from referring clinic, etc) into the Clinic Operating System.
• Assist with the logistic arrangement, such as medication delivery to patients or patient transportation, to provide a seamless experience to our patients.
• Work closely and build a good rapport with our healthcare providers and referrals, nurses, and staff to facilitate effective teamwork and communication and to ensure patients’ appointments are scheduled efficiently, considering the availability of healthcare professionals and the urgency of patient needs.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Assist nurses in other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our HR team.

The Assistant Manager assists the Head of HR with the implementation of various HR programmes and initiatives within Dover Park Hospice. The incumbent plays a crucial role in supporting the HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Recruitment and Onboarding

- Managing the entire recruitment process from job postings to candidate onboarding
- Strategise and oversee manpower planning, recruitment, end to end on-boarding and off-boarding process

Employee Relations

- Assist in promoting a positive workplace culture and employee morale through various engagement activities.
- Oversee employee relations matters and advise business unit head in the management of employee relations and other HR-related matters

Performance Management

- Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluations.

HR Administration

- Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
- Assist with HR reporting and analytics as needed.

Others

- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure organisational compliance.
- Assist with HR audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Review, enhance and implement HR policies, procedures and systems in line with the Hospice's mission
- Mentor and coach team members to encourage growth, development and engagement
- Handle all other HR matters and administration tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR management roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Ensure coordination between the front-of-house and back-of-house operations
